This website is operated by Asihiat Group Inc. For privacy questions or requests, contact info@asihiat.com.

Information you provide

Our enquiry form asks for your name, email address, topic and message. We use this information to respond to your enquiry. Please do not include identity documents, medical information, financial account details or other sensitive personal information.

Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing mailing list. The form sends your message to our business email inbox; it does not maintain a separate WordPress database of enquiry submissions.

Three-day enquiry retention

We manually delete ordinary website enquiries three days after receipt. This process includes related enquiry copies in our active mailbox, Sent and Trash folders. Deletion is performed manually, not by an automatic system.

This three-day period applies to enquiry correspondence under our control. Hosting and email providers may retain technical logs or backup copies under their own retention schedules; those copies are not necessarily removed when we delete an email. If a separate service relationship is established, we will explain any different record-retention requirements that apply.

Hosting and email services

We use Hostinger for website hosting and business email. These services may process technical information, including IP addresses and access logs, to deliver, maintain and secure the website and email service. Information may be processed outside Canada, including in the United States, and may be subject to the laws of the location where it is processed.

Cookies and external links

WordPress uses cookies for signed-in administration. Our website contains links that may take you to other services. Their own privacy practices apply when you use those services.

Your choices and requests

You may contact info@asihiat.com to ask about your information, request access, correction or deletion, or raise a privacy concern. We may need to verify your identity before responding. You can choose to contact us by email instead of using the form.
